Founded in 1999, Performance's President and Owner had a single goal. To be successful at "Selling Caulk by the Foot". Sadly, Barry passed in Oct 2022, but what he built stands strong. Now led by wife and business partner Sabrina.

The Company, as a Team, has extensive knowledge of products, product systems and their appropriate use on a variety of building systems and conditions. This has enabled us to design-build practical solutions that benefit our clients and in turn us!

Across the entire range of our business, we deliver a service to our customers and clients ethically, professionally and reasonably. (Yes and sometimes we still do it ".......by the Foot")
